Welcome to HRZ Gaming. Here, rules are integral to our daily operations and interactions. Please be advised that these rules may evolve, so it is essential to stay informed of any updates:
1.) Treat one another with respect, regardless of race, color, or gender. Bullying will result in a warning.
2.) Maintain a positive environment free from drama, toxicity, rudeness, sexual harassment, slurs, and victim mentality. As individuals over 18, we expect you to conduct yourselves accordingly. (We are not your "Parents, nor your babysitter or nanny")
3.) In HRZ, all individuals are responsible for their actions. If you encounter an issue due to your conduct, it is imperative that you do not attribute blame to others or adopt a victim mentality. Acknowledge your mistake and accept accountability. (Failure to comply will result in a formal warning.)
4.) Should you require assistance, our Moderators are available to help. Please reach out to a Moderator for support, as that is their designated role.
5.) HRZ is a community that seeks to harmonize casual and competitive gaming. It is imperative to utilize a functioning microphone when participating in team play within the competitive gaming environment. Effective communication is a critical component among teammates, as strategic callouts significantly enhance overall team performance.
6.) HRZ is recognized as a Clan/Community. Please be advised that any form of poaching will lead to a ban and subsequent blacklisting. Both you and your community will be subject to blacklisting, and your superior will be informed of your actions. We maintain a neutral stance as a Clan/Community; however, any actions that threaten our integrity will be met with appropriate countermeasures.
7.) As HRZ continues to expand, so too does its community base. We remain receptive to new ideas, plans, and perspectives that contribute to the enhancement of HRZ and its future objectives. Your contributions are valued and always welcomed.
8.) Clan Ops is Functional, if you like to join. Fill out the application provided, we will get to your application shortly between 24-48 hours response.
9.) We are consistently seeking new Moderators to join our team. Candidates must have been a member of HRZ for a minimum of one year or have received authorization from an Owner to be eligible for consideration. It is important to understand that Moderators serve as the guardians of the community; their responsibilities include remaining active, reporting issues to the Owners, and prioritizing the safety and well-being of HRZ and its members.
10.) Finally, please ensure that you check the green box to confirm that you have read and comprehended the rules. It is important to note that engaging in victimhood, shifting blame, or exhibiting drama, toxicity, and discourteous behavior will result in one warning. We are committed to addressing harmful conduct proactively and will intervene before such issues escalate.
